The Fund’s activities are based upon an automated information system developed on the SAPF’s special order. We operate using products of the largest world vendors of soft- and hardware, such as Sybase, Hewllett-Packard, Reuters, Bloomberg, Cisco, Microsoft, Norton and others, which ensures the high quality of our services and integrity of information.

In order to ensure the operation of its branches GNPFcreated an integrated network using Frame Relay-based dedicated channels. Information is entered in the data base and processed in the on-line mode, which ensures confidentiality together with the high quality and rate of data transmission.

In the future it is planned to implement a new project for introduction of the integrated automated information system. The project is developed in order to perfect the Fund’s work in such spheres, as risk management, pension assets accounting, improvement of safety and transparency of financial activities.

The Fund’s activity is based upon electronic document management, using the workflow system. Apart from usual communication means, the Fund’s regional representative offices, branches and agent units use the IP-telephony technology featuring high quality and rate of transmission/
