The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has purchased 9.99% of stock of “GNPF” Accumulative pension fund” JSC from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
October 07, 2011. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed an agreement on purchase of stock of “GNPF” Accumulative pension fund” joint stock company through the put option.
