By resolution of the Board of Directors of GNPF APF JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) as of 15th May, 2009, Dina Tuleubekovna Galiyeva was appointed as the Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors.

Previously, on 29th April, 2009, by resolution of the General Meeting of the Fund’s Shareholders Dina Tuleubekovna Galiyeva was appointed a member of the Fund’s Board of Directors as the representative of the Fund’s shareholder, National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As from 3rd March, 2009 Dina Galiyeva by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been holding the office of the Vice-Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Information:

Dina Galiyeva was born on 7th August, 1963. In 1984 she graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy with a specialization in finances and credit. As from July, 2005 to March, 2009 she held the offices of Adviser to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC.

The GNPF Accumulation Pension Fund ranks among the three leaders of the accumulation pension system consisting of 14 operating Accumulation Pension Funds and is the only Fund with the state participation. As at 01 May, 2009 the pension accruals accumulated by the Fund amounted to KZT 269.4 mlrd, the number of depositors reached 2.4 mln and the equity capital exceeded the amount of KZT 12.7 mlrd.
